Instagram Story Downloader

How to Download Instagram Stories
- Find the public account whose Story you want to save and note its username, or copy its profile link.
- Enter the username (for example natgeo) or paste the link in the box above.
- Tap “Get Stories”. All active Stories from that account appear.
- Tap “Download MP4” or “Download JPG” under a Story.
What You Can Download
- Video Stories as MP4 files, including their audio.
- Photo Stories as JPG images.
- All Stories a public account has posted in the last 24 hours.
Highlights, private accounts and Close Friends Stories are not supported.
Save Stories on iPhone, Android and PC
iPhone: tap the download button in Safari. If the Story opens in a new tab, tap the Share icon and choose “Save Video” or “Save Image”.
Android: tap the download button in Chrome. The file is saved to your Downloads folder and appears in your Gallery.
PC or Mac: click the download button. If the file opens in a new tab, right-click it and choose “Save as”.
Why Can’t I See Any Stories?
- The account has not posted a Story in the last 24 hours.
- The account is private.
- The username is misspelled. Check it on Instagram and try again.
- Instagram is slow to respond. Wait a minute and try again.
Use Downloads Responsibly
Stories belong to the people who post them. Only download Stories you created, or that you have permission to save, and do not repost someone else’s Story without their consent. To download Reels instead, use our Instagram Reels Downloader.
